For years, Amazon has disempowered workers by putting them in unsafe working conditions, forcing long hours for low pay -- and has even stooped as low as to union bust.
That's why Dwight recently joined his colleagues in demanding Amazon allow a free and fair election for workers trying to unionize -- and he didn't stop there.
The multi-billion-dollar union-busting industry continues to do everything in its power to deprive and attack workers' rights across the country. So Dwight co-sponsored the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act to take on these so-called "right-to-work" laws that de-prioritize safety in the workplace, and prevent workers from unionizing and striking.
