John,

Women in the workforce have been the hardest hit by the COVID-19 recession -- with nearly 3 million American women having to drop out of the labor force over the past year.

As an original co-sponsor of the Paycheck Fairness Act, I'm proud to have joined my colleagues in re-introducing this crucial piece of legislation when working women need it most.

Women were disproportionately represented in low-wage jobs before the pandemic, and now they're being pushed out of the workforce in the greatest numbers. When women succeed, our economy succeeds -- sign on to say it's time to close the wage gap between men and women!

I won't stop fighting on behalf of working Americans. And I know you won't either.

Thank you for using your voice for this important issue,
