Training: Health Literacy in the Black Community
Health literacy impedes positive health outcomes by widening the health information gap. To combat this issue, the Council on Black Health has partnered with Drexel University to host a “Health Literacy in the Black Community Training Series'' aimed at educating public health workers on effective ways to address the communication and literacy needs of the Black community.
