To Cindy, Special Olympics is home. It’s where she learned to work hard, to set, reach, and exceed her goals through sports. It’s where she acquired the skills to be a leader and mentor to her peers in her community. It’s where she finally found somewhere to belong.

At Special Olympics we give athletes everything they need as kids to get started with sports and support to be a leader on and off the field as an adult. And as our movement grows, so do our athletes, like Cindy.
