We celebrated the 48th anniversary of Roe v. Wade and the constitutional right to abortion. While we will never stop fighting for Roe, we want to make sure it is the floor, not the ceiling. We must go beyond to guarantee sustainable access to abortion care. Check out our Tweet thread here.

In covering the news of Rep. Ron Wright’s death following hospitalization for coronavirus, The Daily News described him as a staunch opponent of abortion rights and highlighted a video we released in 2019 where Wright told us he “absolutely” believed women who have abortions should be punished.
