Fellow Young Democrat,

This month we’re empowering and celebrating our beautiful Black youth. We must continue to acknowledge and uplift our Black community and culture through the lens of Black beauty. That has been our priority all month long, and we’re barely halfway done!

Join us tonight for our monthly meeting: ¡Azucar!: Exploring Afro-Latinx Culture. Join IYD President Arielle Brandy, IYD CD 7 Chair RaeVen Ridgell and the INDLC on a Black History Month conversation about Afro Latinx identity, dispelling monoliths, anti-blackness and celebrating the history of Afro Latinx culture!
