The statists said for years and years that “nobody is coming to take your guns.”
Then one of the Democrat 2020 presidential candidates said, “hell yes, we’re going to take your AR-15, your AK-47…”
In 2021, under the Biden regime, they’re quickly moving to make that a reality with H.R. 127, sponsored by notorious gun grabber Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX), and other extremely dangerous gun control bills.
And less than a month into his administration, President Joe Biden is out front and demanding that Congress destroy the Second Amendment.
“Today, I am calling on Congress to enact ‘commonsense’ gun law reforms, including requiring background checks on all gun sales, banning assault weapons and high-capacity magazines, and eliminating immunity for gun manufacturers.” – Joe Biden, February 2021.
If Congress listens to Biden, millions of peaceful and law-abiding gun owners will instantly be considered criminals . . . if they don’t submit to draconian rules immediately!
And they won’t stop until they’ve utterly destroyed the Second Amendment -- unless you and I stop them!
H.R. 127 would:
>>Create a national public gun registry
>>Mandate that gun owners disclose where and how firearms are stored
>>Mandate that gun owners be 21 years or older and even purchase specific gun insurance
>>Outlaw gun magazines holding over 10 rounds

H.R. 127 alone has so many unintended consequences that will put your personal liberty in jeopardy, just for trying to defend yourself.
Law-abiding gun owners like you would be exposed to many threats to privacy and protection, even though you’ve done nothing wrong and have never even been accused of anything improper.
Not only does this infringe on the Second Amendment, but it destroys the Fourth Amendment in the process.
H.R. 127 would create a PUBLIC National Firearm Registry Database -- meaning criminals would have a hit list of homes to target for robbery and they would know which guns are available and where.
And it gets worse!
H.R. 127 would also mandate psychological exams as part of their background checks. And who would be responsible for conducting this exam?
Do you really want the government having this information in another one of their databases?
This sounds like a recipe for denying people the ability to own a gun based on their political leanings.

As bad as what I’ve detailed so far, there’s still more that Joe Biden and the gun grabbers in D.C. have planned in their unprecedented attack on the Second Amendment and law-abiding gun owners.
Their goal is to completely ban so-called “Assault Weapons” -- aka the most commonly owned rifles in America.
They also plan to hold firearms and ammo manufacturers responsible for what criminals and madmen do with their arms. This is a direct attack on the American firearms industry.
This is akin to allowing someone to sue the local hardware store because they sold the hammer that was used to break your windshield!
They call this assault on your liberty “common sense,” but none of this makes sense and is more tyranny designed to demoralize average citizens who are just trying to protect themselves and their families.
Patriot, the statists have been trying to degrade and destroy the Second Amendment for decades with piecemeal legislation and even executive orders, but H.R. 127 is the biggest frontal assault we’ve ever seen on the right to protect ourselves.
They call it gun control and say it’s for our “safety,” but all it will do is empower criminals and make Americans less safe.
