Yep, that’s me at the Steak Fry in Des Moines. Thousands of people showed up for Pete. Even in the rain, folks were cheering and dancing. It’s one of many moments that make me believe: Pete’s going to win this thing.

I’ve been a part of many winning campaigns. Pete’s got what it takes, but there’s much more we have to do. In past campaigns, the team with the best organization won. As one of Pete’s senior advisors, I’m working to build it, but I need you -- Pete needs you -- before we run out of time. Because the truth is that our country is at a crisis point, and we need to walk away from small ideas and the same conversations that have failed us in the past.

Hitting our FEC goal sends the message that we’ve got a grassroots team that can do anything we set our minds to. It symbolizes countless people standing behind Pete’s fresh vision for our country. And it provides resources needed to run a competitive, won’t-back-down operation that can win the primary and defeat Donald Trump.
