In just 2 days, our campaign will hit our first end-of-quarter fundraising deadline since David Valadao announced his rematch campaign against TJ Cox.

The good news is we set an ambitious end-of-quarter goal of raising $100,000. If we hit this target, it will remind Valadao about how strong this people-powered campaign is.

The bad news is our fundraising has ticked down significantly. We’re worried we’ll miss our target which would be a disaster given all that’s happened in Washington lately.

The Republicans are raking in the cash, and they’ve been on the attack against TJ since Valadao's announcement. Falling short of our FEC goal would send the wrong message of vulnerability at a time when we should be projecting strength.

So with the clock ticking, we’ve got to ask:
