 Dear Supporter, We are excited to announce a new initiative we are working on with our partners at Friends of Al Aqsa in the UK called Aqsa Week 2021! Aqsa Week is a full week of programs and educational webinars from March 6-12, 2021 that will focus on Jerusalem, its Islamic significance, and the miraculous night journey of Al Isra’ and Mi’raj that the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, took from Makkah to Baitulmaqdis (Jerusalem).
We will discuss topics ranging from the Prophetic connection to Palestine to the dark era of the Crusades and US/UK policy towards Jerusalem. We will be joined by renowned speakers and guests from around the globe such as Imam Omar Suleiman, Imam Suhaib Webb, Dr. Mustafa Abusway, Fairuz Sharqawi, Dr. Nur Abu Asab and more! Another cool part of the program is Aqsa Week Kids to encourage kids to participate in commemorating the miraculous night journey and reassert the Islamic narrative.
