Our end-of-quarter goal and the public report we’ll submit after Monday’s
deadline mean so much more than just hitting our projections.

It’s about making sure our report reflects the grassroots strength behind us,
fighting against right-wing opponents and special interests trying to flip our
seat red.

Unless we make our goal and send in a strong report this quarter, we risk
electing someone who’s beholden to petty partisan politics over the needs of
our district.

That’s why I need every single one of my supporters to get their donation on
my public finance report before it goes public. Chip in $10 to help us beat our

This summer, we’ve already seen what organizations like the NRCC are willing
to do to take my seat: produce dramatic attack ads meant to distort my record
in Congress.

Without a good showing on these reports, our campaign will be
labeled “vulnerable”, and the NRCC (with their D.C. money) will see it as a
green light to continue their attacks.

It’s up to us to show them we’re not going to let them just buy this seat.
