URGENT: Tom Emmer’s NRCC lists Craig and Phillips as top targets for 2022

John,

Tom Emmer’s National Republican Campaign Committee (NRCC) just announced their top attack targets for the 2022 midterms and DFLers Rep. Angie Craig (MN-02) and Rep. Dean Phillips (MN-03) are on the list.

Angie and Dean haven’t stopped working to improve the lives of Minnesotans and hold special interests accountable since they got to Washington. It’s no wonder why national Republicans and their right-wing mega-donors are so desperate to defeat them.

John, just because targeting Angie and Dean didn’t work for the GOP in 2018 or 2020, it doesn’t mean that it won’t work in the 2022 midterms -- a time when Democrats typically face strong electoral headwinds.

We need to go on offense NOW to have their back. We are already ramping up our grassroots presence in competitive districts across the state, but we can’t keep it up without your support.

We wouldn’t ask if it weren’t absolutely necessary. Will you contribute $10, $25, $50, or whatever you can today so we can make sure we send Angie and Dean back to Congress in 2022?

There’s no greater threat to the GOP than leaders who aren’t afraid to speak truth to power and do the right thing. That’s why national Republicans are terrified of Angie and Dean.

Please, we’re counting on you to help us defend their seats so they can continue to represent our Minnesota values in Congress.

Thank you,

Minnesota DFL
