Governor Cuomo must resign.

In a secretly-recorded meeting, the Governor's top advisor admitted
that Cuomo covered up the COVID-related deaths of 15,000 seniors living
in nursing homes to prevent President Trump from directing "the
Department of Justice to do an investigation into us."

This after the Attorney General found that they underreported nursing
home deaths by 50% and the number of positive patients they forced into
nursing homes that led to those deaths by thousands.

This followed my request last May for the Justice Department to
investigate the Cuomo Administration's deadly order requiring nursing
homes to accept COVID-positive patients.

Actions by the Governor and senior state officials to conceal this
information and obstruct a federal investigation must be prosecuted to
the fullest extent of the law.

Sign the petition calling on Governor Cuomo to immediately resign.
It's the only way to restore the public's trust in state government
and ensure we learn the truth about the death of thousands of New York
seniors.
