Hi John,

The battle against universal health care has not ended! A cohort of liberal legislators in Connecticut have unveiled a plan to bring socialized medicine to their state. Dubbed “An Act Concerning Health Insurance and Health Care in Connecticut”, the bill would effectively provide a public option for both Connecticut residents and undocumented immigrants.

While the sponsors suggest this would create new and affordable options for small businesses, non-profits, and labor unions, they make no mention of how this new public option will be funded and paid for. Yet, we know the taxpayers will have to face the burden of another proven-to-fail liberal policy. At a time where public spending had reached new limits, the Left sees no ceiling when it comes to running up the bill.

Repeatedly we have seen the failures of Obamacare and socialized medicine. We have experienced the ineffectiveness and chaos that occurs when the government gets involved. State legislators need to reject bills like this and stand up for our taxpayers and against socialism.

Sincerely,

Casey
