Looking to take the next step in your career? The Badger Institute is seeking a dynamic, innovative professional to assist with our digital marketing

Are you a digital marketing guru who is passionate about public policy, free enterprise, objective journalism and civil society? Are you searching for a position with lots of room for creativity and growth within an organization? This may be the opportunity for you! We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the organization’s comprehensive marketing efforts to educate policymakers, thought leaders and the public on important policy issues and free-market ideas. We are looking for an individual who can hit the ground running from day one. This position has ample room for growth and promotion; the sky is the limit!

The digital marketing manager will increase the Institute’s owned audience and brand through comprehensive, timely, compelling and effective digital media messaging, email campaigns, earned media, podcast and video content, and targeted issue campaigns.

This person will be in charge of developing strategy and creating content to expand and strengthen owned-audience engagement; increase the quality and frequency of social media outreach; communicate Institute policy priorities to policymakers, thought leaders, donors and residents; and employ podcasts and videos to connect Wisconsinites with our research, reporting, storytelling and commentary. This position reports to the Senior Vice President and is a full-time position. We have a strong preference for an individual to be in the office in Milwaukee. However, for the exceptional candidate, we will consider virtual employees who live in Wisconsin.
