Walking through Lent with St. Francis of Assisi 

As we enter Lent, we are reminded that we are “dust to dust” and “ashes to ashes.” After a year full of sorrows, we should ready ourselves for a season of somber humility. Lent offers an invitation to pray, to say I am sorry, and to look inward. The season of Lent was one of sacrifice and introspection for St. Francis. As our guide through this holy season, he is inviting us to do the same. Our journey begins Ash Wednesday, February 17.
