Today is President’s Day — a day to honor the leaders who have led and served our nation throughout the years. Also known as George Washington’s birthday, this day is dedicated to celebrating all of our Commander-in-Chiefs.

This year, I am thrilled to include my longtime colleague and friend, President Biden, in this list. After working alongside him for years, I am confident that he will guide us through this challenging time in our country. I couldn’t be happier to have someone as honest, hard-working, and willing to reach across the aisle as President Biden in office (not to mention a Delawarean)!

As I reflect on all those who have dedicated their lives and careers to improving our nation, I am also filled with hope for the next four years. I know that this past year has been a difficult one for many, so it is reassuring to finally have leadership in the White House that we can depend on.
