Redistricting Delayed
It's official — Virginia will not have time to redraw new House of Delegates districts in time for the November elections. New bill limits cut by half the number of measures introduced at this year's General Assembly session. With fewer bills introduced this year, the success rate at cross-over was up for three of the four caucuses.
