Hi John —

Cade, Team Lindsey’s finance director here. I know you probably weren’t expecting a valentine from a campaign staffer, but I wanted to share something with you.

On #TeamLindsey, we’re celebrating today as an opportunity to focus on what matters most — the people in our lives who we care about. Our campaign is all about fighting for real New Yorkers like you.

It’s better than a box of chocolates or a dozen red roses: if you want to celebrate Valentine’s Day by making a difference, chip in to our people-powered campaign. [[link removed] valentines]

Mental health and supporting families are two of Lindsey’s biggest priorities. Her insight and empathy never cease to amaze me.
Lindsey has done so much for everyone on our team and is an inspiration to all of us—so we wanted to do something special for her for Valentine’s Day.

Every night we give Lindsey a fundraising update. Tonight we want to surprise her with as many donations as we can to show how much #TeamLindsey supports her. Will you chip in just $14 in honor of February 14th to make that happen? [[link removed] valentines]

Thank you for all you do!

Cade
Finance Director

P.S. Don’t forget because of NYC’s 8 to 1 Matching Funds program, your $14 donation becomes $126 for our grassroots campaign!
