I hate to reach out to you over the holiday weekend, but tonight is the first mid-quarter deadline of the year.

It’s no secret that my least favorite part of my job is asking for contributions, but unfortunately, it’s a necessary part of building a winning campaign. If we’re going to defend this critical blue seat and the House Majority, we need to start now. If you can, will you chip in before midnight tonight?

National Republicans are already building up their campaign coffers in order to target blue seats like ours.

Former President Trump’s super PAC already has more than $31 MILLION cash on hand that he can throw behind pro-Trump Republican candidates to help them in their quest to take back the House Majority.

We need to start early, too, if we’re going to protect the House Majority so we can support and realize Joe Biden’s agenda, including:

1. A bold and comprehensive plan to get the pandemic under control 
2. Renewing our country’s commitment to climate action 
3. Strengthening access to health care, Medicaid, and reproductive health care
4. Fighting to dismantle the systematic inequalities and injustices in our country

I know this past year has been hard on a lot of families and not everyone is in a position to contribute right now. That’s OK. First and foremost, I want you to do what’s best for you and your family. 

But if you are able to give a few dollars today, please know that it will make a meaningful impact on our campaign and help us prepare for the fight ahead of us.
