Hi, friends!

As you know, today is Valentine’s Day. To Cory, this day and the concept of love are not simply about romance. Love is so much bigger than that.

Cory has put love at the center of his life’s work. Love for our families, our friends, our neighbors, our communities, our fellow Americans — even for our enemies. He believes that we don’t fix our problems by doubling down on hatred and division, but by taking the higher and harder road of love.

As Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said, “Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.”

In order to heal, to unite, to strengthen, and to overcome, we must learn to better love one another. That’s what Cory’s heroes believed, and what he believes we need now more than ever as a country.

Each and every day, Cory puts so much love into this world. So today, we want to show him that the world loves and supports him back.
