John,
Last month, we brought victory home for Raphael Warnock and the Democratic ticket in Georgia — securing Democratic control of the Senate.
But in a little under two years from now, we're going to have to do it all over again. You see, while WFP champions like Senator Warnock are fighting for working families in Congress — for a $15 minimum wage, survival checks, and so much more — many have to start thinking about re-election campaigns in just two years.
Senator Warnock is far from the only one. With progressive incumbents up for re-election, at least four Republican senators retiring, and others facing tough races on the ropes, it's not too early to start thinking about 2022.
We want to throw down just as hard next year as we just did in the Senate runoffs in Georgia — but it's all going to depend on the resources we have and the grassroots contributions we are able to raise.
Your contribution today can help make sure we have the grassroots support to defeat Senate Republicans and elect progressives in Georgia and across the country in 2022. If you can afford it, chip in $3 here:

Winning the Senate majority in the Georgia runoffs last month was huge. But it was just a first step.
If we're going to get a full jobs and care agenda through Congress — one that is big enough to meet the scale of the multiple crises we are facing — we're going to need to do even more over the next two years.
We'll have to keep the pressure on Democrats to make sure they deliver on the campaign promises of relief that they made to working families.
We'll also have to start building up the resources to defeat the Republicans standing with billionaires and insurrectionists and to recruit, train, and elect new leaders and even bigger progressive majorities to Congress next year.
If you can afford it right now, please make a contribution of any amount to help WFP keep up the momentum you helped us build in Georgia and elect more progressive leaders to Congress in 2022.
In solidarity,
Team WFP
