Recently, I’ve announced a few new projects I’m taking on: working on the Poor People’s Campaign and contributing to CNN. All of it comes back to what we’re doing here at Groundwork.
Having a platform is a privilege – one I seek to use to its full potential in GWP’s work. Over the last few weeks I’ve been talking to organizers and organization leaders all across the country to better understand the work they’re doing and how Groundwork can be supportive. I’m asking you to donate today as a contribution to this foundational work. Your support helps us connect with as many folks as possible as we work to build out our vision. [[link removed]]

Later this month, we will be hosting some of those conversations live to amplify their voices and connect the community you’ve helped me build with theirs — because collective power is so much stronger than a siloed approach to progress.
What we already know is that so many of these organizations need resources first and foremost. By chipping in today you’ll also help us build the operational budget we need to do the work and support those organizations with the most need. Donate now. [[link removed]]
Thank you and excited to share more with you soon!
Joe
P.S. Thank you to everyone that filled out our survey this week. I’ve enjoyed reading the responses. If you didn’t have a chance to fill it out yet, you can do so here. [[link removed]]
Groundwork Project was founded by Joe Kennedy III to support community organizers, advocates, and activists nationwide who are working year-round to build a just, free, and equitable future for all. For decades, the Democratic Party has under-resourced, under-valued, and under-recognized the importance of local political infrastructure and year-round grassroots organizing. This needs to change.
We're directing resources, attention, and support to the local advocates and state-based organizations doing the deep, long-term organizing that Democrats need to build a more diverse party, expand its base, win elections, and deliver progressive policy reforms. Contribute now. [[link removed]]
