Trump spent his last two years in office running the United States Postal Service into the ground in a futile attempt to steal the election -- and Democrats are now stepping up to save it from total collapse.
 
Congressional Democrats have introduced the U.S. Postal Service Fairness Act, a measure which would transform the USPS into being a profitable service, in a bold move to save it from running out of funding by 2024.
 
Both the pandemic and the 2020 elections have shown us just how heavily we rely on the USPS for our country to operate. Without immediate action from legislators, Trump will be successful in destroying yet another institution that is imperative to American democracy.
