Hi John,

Ahead of the Senate trial, Liz Cheney, the third most senior Republican in the House, suggested that Donald Trump could face criminal investigations into his involvement in the Capitol Siege -- even if Senators fail to impeach.

This week's impeachment trial will expose previously unknown details on Trump's incitement of violence, including new video footage and eyewitness testimony -- and calls for accountability are rising.

New York Attorney General Letitia James is spearheading investigations into Trump's tax evasion and has also called on the Justice Department to hold Trump accountable for the Capitol attacks, making her the person Trump is most afraid of.

But Republicans are trying to write James and other prosecutors off as having a biased political agenda against the GOP. That's why today, before the Senate sees all the evidence, we need to hear from you. Do you believe Trump should face consequences for his actions? Please, let us know now:

Should Trump be prosecuted for inciting violence at the Capitol?

YES   NO

Thank you for making your voice heard today.
