Hi friend,

Last month, the GOP nearly kept control of the Senate.

But they didn't, and now that Democrats are at the helm, Vice President Kamala Harris is making sure the Senate stays focused on getting Americans the help they need.

Harris recently cast her first tie-breaking vote in the Senate. Her vote “signaled that for two years to come, the single most influential voice in the United States may be that of Ms. Harris declaring, in the stiltedly third-person language of Senate procedure, which way the vice president votes,” wrote a New York Times reporter.

Indeed, Harris is one of the most influential voices in the U.S. Thanks to the hard work of supporters like you who pushed Democratic leaders like her over the finish line in November, Harris is able to get to work delivering for everyday Americans.

But Harris still faces racist, misogynistic attacks from the GOP and their allies. Fox News recently tore down the L.A. Times' coverage of her historic rise, and the Georgia GOP's chairman mocked the simple fact that she's a child of immigrants.

The fight against Republicans' racism and misogyny is clearly far from over. That's why our team here at ASPIRE is still working around the clock to support Democratic leaders as they fight for equality and justice.

We're fighting hard to defend diverse communities and elect Democratic candidates who care about them -- but Republicans will do anything to stop us. With their powerful network of corporate and elite donors, they're well-resourced to further their agenda of exclusion and oppression, and we're really nervous that we're not going to have the funds to stop them.

Please, friend, can you chip in $10, $25, $50, or whatever you can right now to make sure we hit our fundraising goal today and ensure that we have the funds to fight back against the GOP's attempts to widen inequality? >> [link removed]

We're so thankful for all you've done to make sure our government truly represents the American people.
