FIRST: Current and former Republican Attorneys General fueled conspiracy theories for months that led to the violent attack on the U.S. Capitol through frivolous legal actions, PR stunts, and other efforts to undermine the 2020 elections.

THEN: Republican AGs created an entire plan to impede the progress planned by the new Biden-Harris administration.

NOW: After TWO Republican AGs have already sued the Biden administration, another 12 Republican AGs are promising continued lawsuits against the Biden-Harris agenda:

Republican AGs are going to continue to stand in the way of progress. We have to defeat them at the ballot box.

DAGA has won over two-thirds of our targeted races since 2016, making sure strong Democratic AGs who serve as the Peoples' Lawyer are in these states.
