Team,

Seeing Chrissy thriving at AND1, taking charge and ensuring that our employees were happy, taken care of, and provided for was critical to our success.

She ensured that we built a company that we would want to work for -- 100% of employees were provided healthcare, extended maternity leave, and a promise of a job upon return from that leave. Everyone had three weeks of vacation and 40 hours of community service to devote to improving our community.

Any employee with the company longer than a year received stock options. 5% of profits were allocated to philanthropic efforts in our communities, largely focused on educational efforts.

These were the right things to do. They made for a great workplace, and they made AND1 more successful, more competitive, and more profitable.

Chrissy got into Congress because she wanted to keep doing the right things for the PA-06 community and beyond.

Will you help ensure that she meets her public filing deadline on the 30th at midnight with what she needs to keep fighting for what's right?

Thank you so much,

Bart Houlahan
(Chrissy's Husband)
