Working Out
I loved going to the gym every morning as a way to start my day and when the False Flag Plandemic was launched which shut down my Equinox gym, I shifted gears and simply put more effort into all of my social media work and content creation (like my Lives). I hated working out at home. So, I didn’t. But, I’ve paid the price: I’ve gained weight. So, over the last couple of weeks I’ve purchased some gym equipment and am now starting up again, at home. I will say, exercise does me good. I really do need it. So now I start my mornings with a workout and it does help clear my mind and make my day better. The new normal. I'll keep fighting it, and I don't like it, but I am glad to be exercising again.
Time Off
I’ve also been taking some time off activist work and focusing time elsewhere, like the deep cleaning of my apartment. Talking with new friends. Praying more. I suspect that this will be a process as I shift into new forms of activism (like video making) since my social media reach is now extremely limited. When doors close, new ones open.
