When the dust settled on the 2020 Presidential election, Republican operatives all across the country got to work on undermining the integrity of our democracy. Here in Nevada, former Republican candidates organized press conferences full of lies and deceit. When they couldn’t take away people’s right to vote, they went to the last resort of attacking our electoral system itself.

As Attorney General, Aaron Ford stood up during this moment.

Aaron and his team fought and defeated baseless lawsuits in Nevada courts, and Aaron went on press interview after interview demanding that these instigators show any proof of widespread voter fraud. In his official capacity, Aaron was ready to prosecute anyone who willfully conducted voter fraud. Yet, they brought no evidence to the table, and judges repeatedly shut down frivolous lawsuits brought up to undermine faith in our democracy.

We need leaders like AG Ford in office, and being complacent isn’t an option. Working families in Nevada can’t afford to have another anti-democracy, anti-worker Attorney General.
