Friends,

On January 13th, I voted to impeach Donald Trump for inciting an insurrection against the United States government. Holding Trump accountable is crucial to the future of our democracy.

But despite everything, Republicans are still defending Trump -- 197 House Republicans voted not to impeach him.

The only reason we even have a chance of holding Trump accountable is thanks to our Democratic House Majority -- but it’s the narrowest House Majority in nearly a century, and the editor of the Cook Political Report just reported that Republicans came within 31,751 of flipping the House red in 2020.

I’m on the frontlines of the fight to hold the House in 2022. My district is a “battleground of battlegrounds,” and the National Republican Congressional Committee just announced MI-11 is one of their top targeted pick-up opportunities.

Will you chip in to defend our Democratic House Majority and continue the fight for our democracy?

In the last few weeks, House Republicans have shown us exactly who they are. Whether refusing to hold Trump accountable or refusing to condemn dangerous conspiracy theories, they’ve given a preview of how they’ll lead our country if they flip the House red next year.

We can’t let that happen. Holding our Democratic House Majority is key to ensuring that we have the power to fight for justice and deliver for the American people in the future.

Can I count on you to chip in to defend my battleground district at this critical turning point for our country?
