We’re thrilled to announce our endorsement of Shontel Brown (D-OH-11) in the expected special election to replace Cong. Marcia Fudge who has been nominated to be HUD Secretary!

Pro-Israel America is proud to endorse Shontel Brown as she prepares to run in the Democratic primary which will likely determine who wins this seat. Since the 11th district of Ohio is highly Democratic, the winner of this primary will likely win the special general election as well. (Biden won this district by a margin of 61 percentage points.)

Shontel Brown believes that the relationship between the U.S. and Israel is not just an alliance but a true friendship, one that she has committed to advancing as a member of Congress.

Here’s why we’re endorsing her:

• She supports Israel’s right to defend itself and believes the U.S. and Israel share critical security interests in the Middle East.
• She is steadfast in her opposition to the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement that aims to delegitimize Israel.
• At this moment, we need leaders in Congress who will work to strengthen security, economic, scientific, and cultural relationships between our two nations.

We need leaders like Shontel Brown.
