Chicago, Illinois – The city filed a lawsuit against Equte, LLC and Vapes.com for marketing and selling flavored vaping products, including to underage person.

Montana – The House passed a bill prohibiting local governments and the state Department of Public Health and Human Services from regulating e-cigarettes. It would also define e-cigarettes as separate from tobacco products. The bill now moves to the Senate for consideration.
