Newt Gingrich Audio: Fraudulent Spending in Two Democrat States Grows in Absurdity

The newest estimate of fraud in California’s unemployment payments is $31 billion. The first reports estimated the fraud was $11 billion, but the numbers keep going up. Incredibly, neither the national media nor the Congress has started to look at this. Imagine what $31 billion could buy if that money were available instead of being stolen.
