TTP Dining Club is Branching Out!
We need more host homes! Forget the nonsense that you have to have a model home before having company. Most of our hosts have humble homes but are big on hospitality, and that's all that is needed! Can you open your home to 6-10 True Texas friends?
With the increase in TTP members comes the increase in folks joining our dining club. It’s no secret that our members are seeking like-minded people to share ideas, frustrations, and possible solutions to the problems in DC, Austin, and our own hometowns. We want to know we’re not alone. Meeting with one another over a dinner of 6-10 adults in a host home has prompted some really interesting conversations. We are learning from one another. We are building a team.
With that said, and with more people signing up to dine, it means we need more hosts/hostesses. This is especially true for Denton and Dallas counties. Being a host home requires a kitchen with a table that can seat between 6-10 adults. Each couple or single brings a dish. You can use paper plates if you chose. Recipes are simple. The host sets the time, assigns who will bring what dish, and provides the drinks. Alcohol is optional and up to the host to decide if it should be included. No loose pets, please.
You can sign up to dine with us by contacting Carole Widmann [email protected]
Please
include if you are a couple or single, your zip code, and if you will
be available to host. Our February list is currently being waitlisted, but we do get cancellations, and we will soon be planning March!
Can’t wait to meet you all!
