It’s hard to believe, but the Georgia Senate runoffs were just over a month ago. And thanks to Senators Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff, Democrats have a razor-thin, one-vote majority in the Senate. 

Here at Off the Sidelines, we’ve taken the lessons from Georgia to heart: Change doesn’t happen overnight. Invest early in grassroots organizations and on-the-ground activists. Recruit, train and lift up candidates that reflect the diversity of our country.
