The final stages of Donald Trump's impeachment trial are drawing nearer -- and it is looking like he'll be acquitted.

GOP legislators have made it crystal clear that they're unwilling to part ways with Trump -- even if it costs us our country's democracy. As the GOP increasingly focuses their attacks on the constitutionality of Trump's trials, we have to know: If a president inciting an insurrectionary attack on Congress after losing an election isn't an impeachable offense, what is?
