The Coronavirus Act allows ministers to make the most draconian decisions without due process or a vote in Parliament.

But government control has gone too far this time.

The new measures introduced by Matt Hancock are outrageous. A 10 year prison sentence for telling a lie on a passenger locator form if you visit a “red list” country is out of control and very dangerous.
