You've seen the headlines. After Georgia went blue this fall, state Republicans are trying to make it harder for people to vote. The voter suppression bills they've introduced include:

Bills requiring stricter forms of ID to vote
Ending the use of secure drop boxes for absentee ballots
Limiting no-excuse absentee voting
Ending automatic voter registration through the Department of Driver Services
... and more!

On top of all that, Georgia Republicans are planning to gerrymander district maps again to make some votes count more than others.

When Republicans are given free rein to gerrymander and keep people from voting, the result is extreme politicians like Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, who was recently removed from two committees for her offensive statements. Just take a look at her clearly manipulated district:
