In Speech, POTUS Calls Force a Last Resort

President Joe Biden, in his first visit to the Pentagon as President, told service members military power is a “tool of last resort,” though he will not hesitate to use force if necessary. The Pentagon, under his leadership, will push to bring ongoing wars to a responsible end while preparing to face the threats of the next century.
