Hi there,

As the court case against Trump builds, more and more light is being shed on just how large of a part he played in inciting the violent Jan. 6 siege on the Capitol building.

Court documents have revealed that over two dozen people charged in the attack directly attributed Trump's calls for action as their reasoning for overtaking the Capitol, with many believing that Trump personally invited them to wage a war on democracy and life as we know it.

We both know that the Jan. 6 attack wasn't a fluke. Disturbing declarations from rioters like, "Trump wants all able-bodied patriots to come," and "We wait and take orders from our president!" have proven just how much Trump empowered them -- but Republicans are still doing everything they can to minimize Trump's role in emboldening his supporters.

Americans seem to be split on the issue, and as the Senate trials draw nearer, we need to hear your thoughts. Please, let us know:
Is Trump directly responsible for inciting extremist violence?

We can't thank you enough for your support in our fight against extremism in our government.
