BREAKING: House Republicans list Mike Levin as “top offensive target” to unseat in 2022.

I'll cut right to the chase, John.

This morning, the National Republican Campaign Committee (NRCC) released a memo announcing that CA-49 is on their list of “top offensive targets” in the 2022 election.

This confirms what we've long suspected. After picking up several House seats in Southern California, the GOP has been emboldened and is planning to aggressively target our district in the midterm election.

Naturally, the GOP memo was riddled with ugly smears and fun buzzwords like “socialist” -- just a sampling of the far-right attacks headed our way. This is nothing new for us, but we know the best way to respond is with a fundraising surge to show our grassroots strength.

That’s where you come in:

We need to take this news seriously, John. So today, we set a goal of raising $25,000 in online contributions before the end of the week. Can you contribute $3 today to help us get there?

You know this John, but it bears repeating: Defending and continuing to make progress means consistently working for it.

We are always adapting, but the core of our movement stays the same. This is a locally-grown campaign powered by thousands of individual donors without a cent from corporate PACs.

Republicans may see that as a weakness, but I see it as our biggest strength.

Let’s answer this Republican offensive with an unmistakable message of grassroots strength. Chip in $3 to help us meet our end-of-week target and show the GOP that we’re here to stay >>

Thanks in advance,

Mike
