When Trump was in office, Attorney General Aaron Ford stepped up and defended Nevadan families from his Administration’s overreach. In total, State Attorneys General sued or opposed the Trump Administration over 138 times.

Here are some of the lawsuits that Ford participated in:

→ A suit to stop Trump from taking away food snaps from millions of families (and over 46,000 Nevadans!).

→ A motion to block the Administration from diverting millions of dollars in resources to building the border wall.

→ A lawsuit to halt the Trump Administration from allowing healthcare providers to discriminate against LGBTQ patients.

→ Efforts to block Trump’s new rule that would have removed protections for detained immigrant children.

→ A lawsuit against HUD’s push to evict thousands of immigrant families who received housing assistance.

→ Work to halt the Administration’s anti-immigrant health insurance requirement that would have banned certain immigrants.

→ Trump’s reckless rollback of national clean car standards.

Now with Biden being in the White House, National Republicans are starting to build a target list of priority AG races, and AG Ford is on it. They know that AG Ford stood up to their antics in court, and now they plan to spend millions against him.
