February is the month of love... 💗💗💗
and this year, in particular, we should all try and practice some self-love by making sure that we're mentally as strong as we are physically.
Right now, you may feel worried or anxious about your finances, your health or those close to you. Perhaps you feel bored, frustrated or lonely. It's important to remember that it's OK to feel this way and that everyone reacts differently.
The NHS have pulled together some valuable resources that can really help you work through any issues that are troubling you.Â

Our centres might be closed right now!Â
But Djanogly Community Leisure Centre is still helping you to be healthy by acting as a COVID-19 rapid testing site.
This facility is available as a "drop-in"Â to help identify and isolate individuals who have COVID-19 but do not have symptoms and may inadvertently be spreading the virus.
So, if you're unable to stay at home, then consider getting regularly tested, as around 1 in 3 people with COVID-19 don’t have symptoms.
