Make no mistake: the latest efforts to restrict voting rights and undermine our democracy are a direct response to our hard-won political victories.

State legislatures across the country -- overwhelmingly in gerrymandered states -- have proposed more than 100 bills to restrict voting rights, undermine our democracy, and diminish the political power of those who need it most. That's not what the American people want -- in fact, a resounding majority support reforms that would protect and expand voting rights.
