Trump's second impeachment trial began in the Senate yesterday. But no matter how it ends, it won't be enough -- because Trump wasn't alone in inciting the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol last week.

Dozens of Republican state legislators joined him in his seditious acts, including Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey.

After news broke that Mike Shirkey told a group of supporters that he thought the U.S. Capitol insurrection was a "hoax" and "prearranged," Chair Lavora Barnes immediately stepped up to hold him accountable -- calling for his resignation.
