Protecting National Monuments - Utah

As a result of the previous administration, Grand Staircase-Escalante
National Monument is now nearly half its original size, and Bears Ears
National Monument was shrunk from 1.35 million acres to two sections
totaling barely 200,000 acres between them. Our nation must restore
these public lands immediately and completely.

Creating Huntington Community Forest - Vermont

This 245-acre property provides an adjoining school with an outdoor
classroom where kids can learn about the natural world every day,
while the land's trail network gives the community incredible
access to opportunities for running, hiking, snowshoeing, and
cross-country skiing. Protecting the property will also enhance flood
resiliency in the Huntington River Watershed.

Conserving the Sierra Checkerboard - California

Residential development in mountain communities like Truckee are
drastically impacting the Sierra landscape. The Sierra Checkerboard
Initiative is a three-phase, multi-year plan to consolidate and
protect the remnant checkerboard lands and the region's best
forests, rivers, and watersheds.
