Politico:
“State Republicans push new voting restrictions after Trump's loss
Georgia is at the center of the effort, with state Republicans discussing voter ID changes and other new policies after Biden won the state.”

Get this, John. Mere weeks after Georgians -- including Latino Georgians -- went to the polls in record numbers to elect President Biden and two Democratic senators, the Republicans who control state politics decided that they're going to make it even harder to get registered and to vote.
But they're not alone. GOP legislators in places like Arizona and North Carolina are planning to take similar measures.
It's disgusting. Republicans have already passed onerous voter suppression laws and now they want to pass even more because the only elections they think are fair are the ones they win.
What does that mean for us? It means we'll have to work even harder to register and mobilize Latino voters in 2021 and 2022. So we need your grassroots support more than ever -- can you pitch in now?

In 2019 and 2020 we pioneered new and successful methods of registering and turning out voters in key swing states. Now those states are making it harder for Latinos and other people of color to make their voices heard.
But if they think they can cow us into giving up on our mission, they are very very wrong. With your help we're going to double down on our programs, innovate where we have to, and even expand to more states to keep building Latino political power in 2021 and 2022.
Are you with us? Fight back against Republican attempts to silence Latino voices by pitching in now.
