On January 13, the House voted to impeach Donald Trump for a second time. Now the Senate must decide whether to convict him.

Call the Capitol switchboard at 202-224-3121 or 202-224-3091 (TTY) and demand that your Senators convict and disqualify Trump from holding public office ever again. The integrity of our democracy depends on it. 

We must hold Trump accountable for inciting an insurrection, and we must make sure that it never happens again -- and that he never holds federal office again. He openly incited his supporters to try to overturn the 2020 election and overthrow our constitutional government, with a violent, seditious attack on the US Capitol. If left unchecked, we leave our country vulnerable to future attempts by Trump and others to subvert the will of the people.

As Congressman Jamie Raskin, the lead impeachment manager, stated today on the Senate floor at the start of the impeachment trial: “If that’s not an impeachable offense, there is no such thing.”

Whether your Senators are Republican, Democrat, or Independent, they need to know today that their constituents are in favor of conviction and disqualification for Donald Trump. His high crimes are too great to ignore. We cannot simply hope this never happens again. We must ensure that it doesn’t.
