John, as a business owner, I know the value of investment.

During my time as Oklahoma’s Governor, I have made investing in our state’s future a top priority. This begins by
reforming our education system, supporting our small businesses, delivering government efficiency, and investing in
Oklahomans. I know that for our Oklahoma businesses, large and small, to succeed, we have to provide our citizens
with the tools to grow.

When I addressed Oklahomans in last week’s State of the State Address, I shared my top pillars of the People’s
Agenda — the path I know we must take to invest in Oklahoma. The People’s Agenda is our program to build a
sustainable platform to launch Oklahoma’s growth in the years to come, and has three core pillars:

First, as you know, I want to make Oklahoma a top 10 place for business.

Additionally, I want the government to deliver more to you, the taxpayer, for your money. You deserve a government
that is working for you.

And John, I want to invest in our fellow Oklahomans.

I have no doubt that we are strongest when we come together as a community, and I want to ensure that we are making
